Policies

All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session time.

Package sessions are paid in full upfront unless otherwise arranged.

Life happens, and I understand that plans may change. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows are charged in full.

This policy honors both your time and the energy held for your session.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a late cancellation.

All sessions, packages, and events are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule within availability when proper notice is given.

Awakening You Studios offers complementary wellness services designed to support emotional, energetic, and nervous system well-being.

These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.

Clients are encouraged to continue working with appropriate licensed healthcare providers when needed.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions.

You understand that participation is voluntary and that you may pause or stop a session at any time.

Children's sessions require a parent or guardian to complete intake forms and consent documentation prior to the session.

A parent or guardian must remain available during children's sessions as needed based on age and support requirements.

All client information and session content is kept confidential.

Exceptions include situations where disclosure is required by law (risk of harm, abuse, or legal obligation).

Energy work and emotional processing can bring awareness, release, or shifts in emotions or sensations.

Each experience is unique. Clients are encouraged to rest and integrate after sessions when possible.

All circle and event bookings are non-refundable due to limited space.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior notice.

By booking a session or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
