Awakening You Studios was created from lived experience and a deep calling to support others in a grounded, honest way of healing.
As a foster child myself, I understand firsthand how early experiences can shape the way we move through life long after childhood.
That lived understanding is at the heart of everything I do.
How this began
There was a time when I was holding more than I could explain — in my body, emotions, and energy.
I kept moving forward, but something in me was asking for a different way.
Not more pushing.
Not more fixing.
Just space to soften.
When I experienced what it felt like to be truly held — gently, safely, and without expectation — everything began to shift.
That experience became the foundation for Awakening You Studios.
A space to come as you are. To be supported. And to heal in a way that feels grounded and real.

My work is rooted in nervous system support, emotional processing, inner child healing, ancestral awareness, Reiki, and Seraphim energy work.
Every session is designed to meet you where you are — without force, pressure, or expectation.
I work with individuals and families across all stages of life, including children, because I believe healing is shaped by safety, support, and connection.
At its core, this work is about helping you return to yourself.
Supporting children & families
Healing does not happen in isolation.
Working with children has been one of the most humbling parts of this journey. This is why I created Little Light Sessions and Inner Light Sessions — spaces designed to nurture emotional awareness, confidence, and connection. Because healing does not happen in isolation; it ripples through families and generations. That same care extends to the spaces we live in through Sacred Space Clearing sessions for the home.
