Welcome to Awakening You Studios: A Space to Return to Yourself
A space for healing, reflection, grounding, and remembering who you truly are
Journal
Words written quietly — for those who need to hear them.
The Awakening You Studios journal is a quiet corner of the practice — a place where Laura Ashley shares reflections on healing, softening, ritual, and the slow art of returning to yourself. These writings are offered for the moments when you need language for what your body, heart, or spirit has been carrying. Some entries are tender letters from the threshold of motherhood, grief, burnout, and renewal. Others are grounded reflections on Reiki, Seraphim Energy Healing, ancestral healing, sacred circles, and the everyday rituals that help a person feel held again.
Entries move with the seasons and with whatever is alive in the studio work. You may find a note about learning to listen to your nervous system, a reflection from a women's circle, a meditation on tending your lineage, or a reminder that healing does not have to be rushed in order to be real. The journal also holds pieces connected to longer Awakening You offerings, including Return to Self, Returning to Your Roots, Reiki sessions, Seraphim Energy Healing, and gentle work for families and children. Each page is written with the same intention as a session: spaciousness, reverence, honesty, and room for your own inner knowing to rise.
There is no required order and nothing to keep up with. Choose the title or first line that draws your attention, then read slowly, the way you might receive a letter from someone who wants you to feel less alone. Some readers return to the same entry many times; others carry one sentence into prayer, journaling, a walk, or a conversation with a trusted friend. Both ways are welcome. If an entry moves you toward a session, a circle, or a deeper seasonal journey, you can visit the services page or reach out through contact. If you are simply here to read and breathe, that is enough too.
