Children & Family

# Held with tenderness. 

Children carry so much — and they often don't have words for it yet. These sessions are gentle, attuned, and entirely paced by the child. A safe space for nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and remembering their own light.

For parents

## What to expect

-   • A parent or guardian remains present for the entire session.
-   • Sessions are paced entirely by the child — no pressure, no expectation.
-   • Energy work is offered with light, supportive touch only where welcomed (head, shoulders, feet), and otherwise hands-off.
-   • A short check-in before and after to share what you're noticing at home.
