## Returning to Self — Inner Child Healing

Reconnect. Reparent. Come home to yourself. A guided return to the younger parts of you that still carry emotional imprints, unmet needs, and protective patterns formed early in life. Through Reiki, Seraphim energy healing, intuitive energetic work, and a guided inner child meditation, we gently create space for your inner child to feel seen, supported, and safe. The meditation allows you to connect with your inner child in a grounded way — with presence, emotional awareness, and deep reconnection without overwhelm.
