Foster Mom. Friend. Reiki Master. Seraphim Energy Practitioner. Awakening You Studios was created from lived experience and a deep calling to support others in a grounded, honest way of healing. As a foster child myself, I understand firsthand how early experiences can shape the way we move through life long after childhood. That lived understanding is at the heart of everything I do. How this began There was a time when I was holding more than I could explain — in my body, emotions, and energy. I kept moving forward, but something in me was asking for a different way. Not more pushing. Not more fixing. Just space to soften. When I experienced what it felt like to be truly held — gently, safely, and without expectation — everything began to shift. That experience became the foundation for Awakening You Studios. A space to come as you are. To be supported. And to heal in a way that feels grounded and real. Our mission ## To support individuals and families. Awakening You Studios was created to support individuals and families on their healing journey — guiding them to regulate their inner world, reconnect to who they truly are, and create lasting transformation. Our vision ## Healing that ripples through generations. A world where individuals and families feel deeply connected to themselves, creating healing that ripples through future generations. My approach ## Rooted in presence. My work is rooted in nervous system support, emotional processing, inner child healing, ancestral awareness, Reiki, and Seraphim energy work. Every session is designed to meet you where you are — without force, pressure, or expectation. I work with individuals and families across all stages of life, including children, because I believe healing is shaped by safety, support, and connection. Working with children has been one of the most humbling parts of this journey. This is why I created [_Little Light Sessions_ and _Inner Light Sessions_](/services/children) — spaces designed to nurture emotional awareness, confidence, and connection. Because healing does not happen in isolation; it ripples through families and generations. I am committed to creating grounded, intentional spaces for healing through ongoing education, energetic modalities, and ancestral wisdom traditions. - ### Women's Circle Facilitator Facilitating intentional spaces for connection, reflection, and healing. - ### Holy Fire® Reiki Master Advanced Reiki training supporting energetic healing, regulation, and restoration. - ### Seraphim Energy Practitioner — Level 6 Supporting energetic alignment and transformational healing. - ### Chakra Healing Certification Focused on energetic balance and alignment. - ### Reiki Space Clearing Certification Energetic cleansing and intentional space creation. - ### Ancestral Healing Training — Levels 1–3 Exploring inherited patterns, lineage healing, and ancestral connection. - ### Ongoing Ancestral Studies in Taíno Shamanism Deepening understanding of ancestral wisdom, spiritual traditions, and healing practices. A final truth I don't believe healing is about becoming someone new. I believe it's about remembering who you were before the world taught you to disconnect — and gently, safely, returning there.
